Design
Starting with a full site survey to firstly assess the area or areas to be cooled taking into account building materials such as windows, orientation of the area and insulation of the building.
This will then allow us to calculate an accurate cooling load required to meet the customers needs. Discussions can then be held with the client to determine the type of system to be installed to meet these requirements, which is clearly presented in a no obligation fee proposal.
For new build commercial and residential installations we work closely with developers, architects, and M&E consultants to ensure the optimum system is specified with routes of pipework best placed, requirements for drainage and electrical work all covered and agreed before the work starts.
Installation and Commissioning
Having completed a survey our installation team will complete a professional and tidy install, with experience installing Fujitsu, Samsung, Mitsubishi, Toshiba and Daikin.
Wether it be single splits, Multi splits, Mini VRV`s or larger VRV systems the approach to each install, large or small is always of the same positive manner. Once installed the system will be fully commissioned and a commissioning sheet completed to ensure its working as expected. Our installs of new equipment are all guaranteed with the manufacturers of choice to give that extra piece of mind.
Service and Maintenance
Once a system has been installed or if its an existing system, service and maintenance is an essential requirement to ensure the system not only runs as efficiently as possible but also pro long its life span.
Regular service work can help identify potential faults which could then be rectified with minimal disruption. Depending on its environment systems may require more or less frequent service intervals all of which we are happy to discuss with our customers to ensure we meet your needs. Some systems may require an annual leak check as required by law of which we can provide support and advice.
We can also offer fault diagnosis if your having problems with your air conditioning with the aim to rectify if works are agreed.
